Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Applauz Media ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Minifig Collector, also presented as Collector – Minifigure Edition (the "App").
Information handled by the App
- Collection information. Your owned and wanted selections are stored on your device. If you subscribe to Premium and sign in, those selections and their update times are also stored in our cloud database so they can synchronize across devices.
- Account information. If you create an account, we process your email address, a generated account identifier, authentication information, and security information such as IP address and device or browser details. Password authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication; we do not receive your readable password.
- Subscription information. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, product, purchase and expiration information, transaction identifiers, and the account identifier needed to unlock Premium. We do not receive your full payment-card information.
- Advertising information. Free users may receive ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your device, region, and consent choices, Google and its advertising partners may process device or app identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure advertising.
- Technical information. Our hosting and cloud providers may process request metadata, IP address, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and cloud synchronization, verify Premium access, display collection totals and market-value estimates, restore purchases, show and measure ads for free users, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, hosting, and backend operations; RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions; and Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Market-price information is obtained through the BrickLink API; account email addresses and cloud collection records are not sent to BrickLink.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Advertising choices
Where required, the App asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices from Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also limit tracking through iOS privacy settings. Premium subscribers do not receive ads in the App.
Storage, security, and international processing
Premium collection records are stored in a Google Cloud database located in Toronto, Canada. Firebase Authentication is operated from the United States, and our other providers may process information in countries where they operate. We use HTTPS, provider access controls, and restricted database rules, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Local collection information remains on your device until you reset it or remove the App. Account and cloud collection information remains while your account exists. You may delete your account and associated cloud collection from Settings → Delete account and cloud data. Authentication and backup deletion may take additional time within our providers' normal retention processes.
Deleting the App account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription separately in your Apple subscription settings. Apple, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain transaction or security records when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience of collectors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided account information may contact us to request deletion.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.
